Yvette has been painting professionally for over 35 years and produced more then 500 Original Oil paintings in various sizes. SOLD nearly 450 to astute corporate and private collectors.This combined with the 30-series of low numbered (450/series) Limited Edition Prints, some completely Sold out and nearly all, Sold Artist Proofs, she reached a wide variety of admirers and clients in the thousands. Her forte is to capture on canvas with masterful brushstrokes the yet unspoiled Canadian wilderness and to bring it to the public to enjoy at cost they can afford.
As time had gone by and her skill honed to near perfection, coupled with enormous talent, determination, energy and her down to earth pleasant personality, Yvette has been discovered abroad also.
Invitations to International Contemporary Exhibitions has been abundant and provided by her time schedule she has participated in many. The last one occured in November 2005 in the Contemporary Landscape Artists Exhibition in the Museum of Castello Estelle in Ferrara Italy. In January 2007 she was featured artist at Amsterdam Whitney Fine Art Gallery in Chelsea New York. NY. The Montserrat Gallery also had some works displayed all year in 2006.
